John Demjanjuk (2005)

The alleged Nazi war criminal, John Demjanjuk, has been declared fit enough to stand trial in Germany.

The announcement followed a medical check. Earlier he had been transferred from a Munich prison to hospital after developing gout, a joint disease.

The 89-year-old was deported from the United States to Germany in May after a long extradition battle.

He has denied accusations that he was a guard at the Sobibor death camp and an accessory to the murder of 29,000 Jews. </p

“Vengence is Mine” sayeth the Lord… honestly, the guy is 89 and at deaths door, shouldnt the jews pray for him and let him die peacefully, I know he helped kill alot of jews, but he was in the service, You do what your told or pay the consequences(death in Hitlers time). I am not standing up for the guy im saying that maybe if the jewish ppl thot more about religion and less about vengence this would show them in a better light.
